We work with project teams from the moment a delay or disruption occurs — ensuring contemporaneous records, contract-compliant notices, and the factual record that will be decisive two years later when the matter reaches a tribunal. تُربح المطالبات في موقع المشروع، وليس في التحكيم. نعمل مع فرق المشروع من اللحظة الأولى للتأخير أو الاضطراب — ضماناً للسجلات المتزامنة، والإشعارات المتوافقة مع العقد، والسجل الواقعي الذي سيكون حاسماً بعد عامين حين تصل المسألة إلى هيئة التحكيم.
